Your information
Privacy Policy
Kanishka Holiday Makers plans private tours in India and abroad. To do that we need some personal information from you. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries and bookings you make with us by phone, email or WhatsApp.

Who we are
Kanishka Holiday Makers, Shop No. 11, Udyog Indrakamal Building (H-Type), Opp. MIT College, Beed Bypass, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra 431009, India. We decide how your personal information is used, which makes us its data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Contact for anything in this policy: info@kanishkaholidays.in or +91 95957 77723.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, the tour or destination you are interested in, your travel dates and group size, and anything you write in your message.
- When you book: the details needed to arrange your trip, such as the names, ages and contact details of travellers, identity or passport details where a permit, visa, flight, train or hotel requires them, and any dietary, medical or accessibility needs you choose to tell us about.
- When you use the website: our web server records technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. The IP address is also stored with each form submission so we can filter spam.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not buy personal information from anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a tour plan and quotation.
- To book and manage your trip: hotels, transport, guides, permits, tickets and on-tour support.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam.
We will only send you news or offers if you have asked us to, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Travel suppliers who deliver your trip: hotels, transport operators, airlines and railways, guides and our local partners in the countries you visit. Each receives only what it needs.
- Government authorities where your trip needs a permit or visa (for example, the entry permits for Bhutan), or where the law requires it.
- Service providers who run our website and email on our behalf, under their own security and confidentiality terms.
Travel outside India
If you book a tour abroad, such as Bhutan, Sri Lanka or Nepal, we must share the booking details with suppliers and authorities in that country so they can provide the services. Your information is then also handled under the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Booking records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or complete information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information when it is no longer needed for your booking or by law;
- withdraw consent you have given, for example to receive offers;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
Write to info@kanishkaholidays.in and we will respond as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to arrange your trip. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send passport scans or payment card details through the website form – we will tell you a safe way to share them when you book.
Children
Bookings for travellers under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian, who provides the child’s details on their behalf.

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. See our Cookie Policy for details, including the Google Map on some pages.
