Day by Day
Day 01 – Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to Lonar Meteorite Crater
Morning arrival at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Airport or Railway Station, meet your chauffeur, and board your private vehicle.
Depart by road eastward toward Lonar (approx. 140 km / 3.5 hours).
Arrive in Lonar, check in at your hotel/resort, and freshen up.
In the afternoon, explore the Daitya Sudan Temple, a fine example of Hemadpanthi rock architecture with sculpted friezes depicting mythological legends.
Head to the main crater rim viewpoint to observe the geological impact basin.
Take a guided nature walk along the crater rim trails down toward the water’s edge to visit the ancient Kamalja Devi Temple.
Spend the evening at leisure enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Day 02 – Lonar to Ajanta Caves & Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)
Early breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out.
Drive from Lonar northwest toward the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ajanta Caves (approx. 135 km / 3 hours).
Board the green eco-shuttle bus from the transport depot to the base of the caves along the Waghora River gorge.
Explore the Buddhist chaityas and viharas, studying narrative Jataka paintings in Caves 1 and 2, early Hinayana shrines in Caves 9 and 10, and the colossal Reclining Buddha in Cave 26.
Stop at the Ajanta Viewpoint across the gorge for panoramic vistas of the cave crescent.
Drive back to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) in the late afternoon (approx. 105 km / 2.5 hours).
Arrive and check in to your hotel for an evening at leisure.

Day 03 – City Heritage Landmarks & Final Departure
Following breakfast, complete hotel check-out formalities.

Proceed to Panchakki, the medieval water mill complex engineered with subterranean clay pipes.
Stop at an artisan loom center to observe traditional Himroo shawls and Paithani silk weaving.
In the afternoon, transfer to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
